Huntington Bank Closing 11 Branches Across Twin Cities
Nearly a dozen branches in Cub grocery stores are set to close.

MINNESOTA — Huntington Bank is closing nearly a dozen branches in Cub grocery stores across the Twin Cities.
The closures are part of a plan to consolidate 34 locations nationwide — about 3 percent of the bank’s network — mainly in early 2024, Ohio-based Huntington disclosed last week.
Twenty-six of the closures, including nine in Minnesota, were listed in the most recent bulletin from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. The bulletin named banks in Minneapolis, Blaine, Bloomington, Eagan, Inver Grove Heights, West St. Paul, White Bear Lake and two in Maplewood among those slated to close.

The locations will close Jan. 12, according to the Star Tribune, which reported 60 Huntington branches, including 13 in Cub stores, will stay open in Minnesota.
