People pack a North Loop Neighborhood Association meeting over proposed data center (kare11.com) — North Loop residents packed a neighborhood association meeting to question a Virginia developer's plan to turn the former Star Tribune printing plant into a large data center tied into downtown Minneapolis' electrical grid. With few project details available, the association delayed taking a position and will seek more information before a city Planning Commission hearing, as Minneapolis' recent pause on most new data centers looms in the background.
