March On Pace To Be Historically Cold: MN Weather
If the latest forecast is any indication, the Twin Cities metro area won't even sniff 50 degrees this month.

TWIN CITIES, MN — It's not just your imagination. It's been an especially cold March, even by Minnesota's frigid standards, the National Weather Service confirms.
If it fails to hit 50 degrees in the Twin Cities by next Friday, it will be the first year since 2001 the metro did not reach 50 at least once in the month of March.
