1. Minneapolis police officer Mark Hanneman will not face criminal charges for the February killing of Amir Locke during a no-knock entry, officials announced Wednesday. Locke's mother said she was "disgusted" with the decision. (Patch)
2. The bird flu is spreading among poultry flocks in Minnesota, the state Board of Animal Health announced this week. As of Wednesday, 13 flocks in the state were affected. (Patch)
3. The Twins officially postponed Opening Day until tomorrow due to weather. The game is set to begin at 3:10 p.m. Friday against the Mariners. (FOX)
