Recipe: Kale Chips

Kale chips are so yummy! 

I had to share this amazing recipe with you! Your kids will love them and what a great way to get them to eat a highly nutritious green vegetable!

1 Bunch of dinosaur kale, washed, dried and stemmed, torn into pieces

A little olive oil

Directions: Pre heat oven to 425. Toss kale with oil and sprinkle with salt. Spread on an unlined cookie sheet. Roast 7-10 minutes or until crisp.
