Join Betsy Sansby, director of The One World Community Choir, and The UU Church of Minnetonka for an afternoon of singing. This workshop is open to anyone interested in learning beautiful chants and lullabies from around the world.
The singing workshop is a fundraiser for The Center for Victims of Torture in Minneapolis. A $25 Donation is requested and all money raised will go directly to the Center. No experience is necessary. All songs will be taught by simple call and response, so you don't need to read music. Ages 12 and up welcome.
Al Dworsky, co-director of the choir, will accompany the group on hand drums and piano. Don't miss this wonderful event.
