Invisible fences don't stop barking dogs from scaring people.

I love dogs.  And I love that our neighbors have installed invisible fences so their dogs aren't cooped up all day. What I don't like, are neighbors whose dogs scare or harass people by racing along the edge of the street barking or growling. Not only do they disturb the peace.   They make it impossible to walk without getting a blast of adrenaline.
Please, folks.  Keep your dogs inside, or put your invisible fence closer to your house--and further from the street.
