Using Native Plants and Creating a Wildlife-Friendly Yard

From funding to implementation, learn about landscaping with native plants and creating a wildlife-friendly yard.

Learn about the advantages of landscaping with native plants and creating a wildlife-friendly yard at a free presentation Thursday, June 14, 6–8:30 p.m. at the , 14600 Minnetonka Blvd., Minnetonka.

Minnetonka homeowner and horticulturist Heather Holm will discuss funding, grant-writing, planning and implementation. Presented by the West Metro Chapter of Minnesota Master Naturalist Volunteers, whose goal is to learn about the natural world, teach others, and conserve natural resources through service projects, field trips, events and meetings in the west metro area.
