Williston Fitness Center Cashing in Post-Renovation
Memberships and revenue is up dramatically since the fitness center underwent a major facelift.

In January, Kelly O’Dea, Williston Fitness Center manager told Patch that once the renovations were completed he hoped the center would see a 10 percent increase in membership revenue.

City officials tell Patch that membership revenue is up almost 50 percent over this time last year. Minnetonka used money from the city's Community Investment Fund to finance the $4.5 project.
The major facelift at Williston included an addition of a new pool with children’s splash pad, new fitness areas, a large indoor children’s play structure, upgraded locker rooms and a remodeled entrance. Exterior improvements included an expansion of the parking lot and painting of the exterior of the tennis building.
