• Tigers girls take home 2A golf title (nujournal.com) — Mountain Lake Area golfer Nevah Ott finished third at the Section 2A girls golf tournament, helping the MLA team to a strong third-place showing behind champion Springfield and runner-up Sleepy Eye United. Springfield’s Tigers clinched the team title and a state berth, while several area individuals, including Ott, advanced to the state tournament starting June 9 in Becker.
