• New Hope enters $1.8 million contract for police tools (hometownsource.com) — New Hope has approved a 10-year, $1.8 million contract with Axon to replace and upgrade police body cameras, squad cameras, tasers, and evidence storage, including new AI-assisted tools. City leaders say the investment will improve reliability and reduce legal risk, with annual payments of about $184,000 and potential relief from state public safety aid programs.
