• Soua Vang — Ramsey County (mncrime.com) — Deputies recovered a recently reported stolen Honda CRV in a North Oaks driveway after tracking it near Pleasant Lake Road and Highway 96. A traffic stop led to the arrest of the driver, who allegedly fled on foot and has a lengthy felony record, while a passenger claimed not to know the vehicle was stolen.
