Drac's Pub in Inver Grove Heights makes a Bourbon Burger with smoked cheddar, cinnamon bacon and—you guessed it—a bourbon sauce.
For nearly 15 years, Mike C., the "Angry Fry Chef," has been guiding Drac's Pub from its humble origins as a glorified Inver Grove Heights snack bar to becoming a genuine dining destination. While the menu contains basics like burgers, chicken and other sandwiches, the restaurant's lunch and dinner rib specials are well known.
But since a trip to Missouri about a year ago, Mike's Bourbon Burger has been giving the ribs a run for their money.
