Chef Keith Johnson's fresh and light dish is a welcome addition to a classic menu at the Chart House in Lakeville.
The Chart House has been a Lakeville dining destination since 1968 and executive chef Keith Johnson is bringing in some new dishes to add to the classic menu. In less than six months, the tomato basil grouper has become a top seller.
This dish combines the light flavor of a gently fried fish fillet with the spectrum of tastes provided by tomato, basil, garlic and parmesan cheese. Johnson also said the dish is easy to adjust for a gluten-free diet.
