Saturday is Northfield High School's March and Prom. In case the weather has you so utterly distracted and completely not feeling the vibe of spring events: Rest assured, Saturday will come and March and Prom will take place. Unlike, say this poor school.
Just like last year I'll photograph Grand March that way parents and family members can live the moment not work during the moment! Last year the event was on a nice enough day, though it did drizzle and hair did lose some of its coif, nobody seemed to really mind. This time, we can expect the same weather. At least, here's to hoping that's as bad as it gets.
The event itself is themed "Sail Away" and right about now most of us wish we could. Snow has punctuated the weeks far too long for most and has amused us all to no end. I'm with you classes of 2013 & 2014, Saturday is special and I don't think anything should be allowed to dampen that.

Ladies get some really good hairspray and wear your wellies to and from everything, carrying your pretty shoes in a hefty. Guys: do your best to stay off the dresses and to be gallant enough to let the gals walk through the shallow parts of puddles. Also, know it is your duty to hold the brolly.
