Man Faces Felony Charge In Northfield Prostitution Case
The charge comes after police made an arrest at the Northfield Mystic Massage Parlor located off Highway 3.
The man arrested by the Northfield Police Department in a suspected prostitution operation case has now been charged with a felony. Chen Zuqiu, 45, of Northfield, faces one count of promoting the prostitution of an individual.
At about 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 3, Northfield police officers executed a search warrant at a business in the 1000 block of Highway 3 South.Officers detained several people there, including Zuqui.
The business has been identified as Northfield Mystic Massage Parlor, Northfield News reported.

NPD was assisted by investigators from the Minnesota BCA Predatory Crimes Unit and the Cannon River Drug and Violent Offender Task Force in executing the warrant.
Police say the investigation is still open and will likely continue for several weeks.

NPD Chief Monte Nelson told Northfield News that one more person could also be charged in connection to the alleged prostitution ring.
