Northfield Police Seek Info About Man Who Exposes Himself
The man has been seen exposing himself and doing other suspicious activity several times in recent months.

The Northfield police are seeking information about a man who has been seen exposing himself and doing other suspicious activity several times in recent months.
Police say the suspect has approached adult females and asked them questions, sometimes asking for directions, according to a news release. This has taken place both while the suspect was on foot and while in a vehicle.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, possibly in his 20s. He has been identified as having short black hair and standing about 5'8. Vehicle information is very general at this time. Witnesses say the car is light colored, possibly light blue, silver or a white 4-door sedan, possibly made by General Motors.

- Stay alert at all times with your head up and looking around you.
- Keep your mind on your surroundings.
- If you're worried about being out by yourself, ask a friend to accompany you.
- Walk with determination. A confident looking person is less likely to be approached. Carry a cell phone or know where telephones are located.
- Trust your instincts. If you feel uncomfortable in a place or situation, leave.
Police are asking anyone with information about this individual or the vehicle to call (507) 645-4477. If you witness this type of activity, police ask individuals to report it immediately and to pay attention to vehicle identifying information, including license plates.
