ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MN — The Minnesota State Patrol (MSP) says two Northfield residents were unharmed in a crash in northern Minnesota Saturday after being sideswiped by a motorcycle. Loren Boris Fishman, 32, and Megan Elizabeth Fishman, 31, both of Northfield, were passengers of 2013 Toyota Sienna that was sideswiped by 2004 Harley Davidson motorcycle, according to authorities.

The crash occurred on southbound Highway 53 in Virginia, Minnesota just before 4 p.m. The Harley Davidson motorcycle was southbound on Highway 53 as the Toyota and a 2017 Jeep Wrangler were northbound.

The Harley Davidson crossed into the northbound lane, sideswiping the Toyota and Jeep, MSP said. The motorcyclist suffered non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Essentia Health Virginia.
