Anyone who is interested in learning more about the foreclosure process, behind on their mortgage or concerned about keeping up with mortgage payments is invited to partake in a free informational workshop and foreclosure counseling. There will be a 45 minute presentation and then individuals are welcome to meet individually with a foreclosure prevention counselor. The counselor can better answer your questions if participants bring any documents from a lender or loan service, proof of income and a mortgage statement.
