Oakdale Man Turns Himself in to Roseville Police in Groping Incident
The alleged incident occurred on May 18 in the parking lot of the Crossroads of Roseville mall. The 37-year-old Oakdale man may be responsible for similar offenses in Ramsey and Washington county suburbs.
An Oakdale man turned himself into Roseville Police officers last week in connection with a groping incident that allegedly occurred in the Crossroads Mall parking lot on the evening of May 18.
Roseville Police identified the suspect as Kevin Johnson, 37, of Oakdale, after the man turned himself in.

Johnson allegedly grabbed the buttocks of a 51-year-old woman, pushed her partially into the trunk of her car and started to grind his body into her, according to police.
