Learn all about raingardens - where, why and how to plant them - as well as how to tap into free site visits, design assistance and even grants through your local watershed district to help you get started.
Raingardens beautify your yard, create habitat and protect your local lakes and the Mississippi River. After an informational presentation from water educator Jenn Radtke, participants will work with Master Gardeners to begin designing a garden using an aerial photo of their property.
Please RSVP by Feb. 28 so that there is time to print out aerial photos before the workshop. To RSVP: Shelly 651-792-7965, shelly.melser@rwmwd.org.
