The project, just outside city limits, includes rehabilitating ponds and improving dryers, supporting both environmental compliance and the local cheese plantās modernization plans without affecting the countyās own bond rates.

While labeled under Perham news, the incident happened along County Highway 83 and drew responses from Battle Lake and Underwood fire departments plus the Otter Tail County Sheriffās Office.
