May 3 Caring for Kids Initiative Breakfast

Join IOCP May 3 at the Wayzata Country Club, 7:15-8:30 a.m. Enjoy a delicious breakfast while hearing Art Rolnick, former Federal Reserve Bank economist and now at the U of M’s Humphrey Institute, speak on the return on investment of quality early childhood programs such as CfKI. May 18 Spring Prayer Breakfast

Plan to attend the May 18 prayer breakfast, 7-8:30 a.m., at
Wayzata Country Club. Be inspired by speaker Kathryn Tunheim, CEO of public
relations agency Tunheim Partners, who will speak on “Faith in the Daily Life

Every gardener in town eagerly awaits the IOCP Plant Sale,
where they find a huge selection of healthy perennials at unbeatable prices—a
great way to kick off the planting season and beautify your yard. Stop by 17400
12th Ave. N., Plymouth, and browse a variety of flowers, grasses,
and shrubs for sun and shade. May 9-11, 7 a.m.-5 p.m.; May 12, 7 a.m.-noon.

May 17 Wayzata Empty Bowls

Choose a hand-crafted bowl and enjoy delicious soup and
bread as part of Wayzata High School’s annual fundraiser May 17, 5-7 p.m.
Tickets are $10 and available at the door or at IOCP.
