Enter The Plymouth Photo Contest Today
The 2011 Plymouth Photo Contest is accepting entries until Wednesday, Aug. 31.

A picture's worth a thousand words or, in Plymouth, it could be worth $100 and more.
The city's 2011 photo contest is in full swing and entries are being accepted now through Wednesday, Aug. 31.
All entries will need to be submitted digitally online at plymouthmag.com where you can find the complete contest rules. Entries should be at least one megabyte files.

Photo categories include:people, community events, pets, nature and city landmarks. A grand-prize winner will be selected and all photos must be taken in Plymouth.
The grand-prize winner will receive $100 and a gift certificate to a local business. Top picks in each category will receive $50 and gift certificates.

After the contest closes, you can visit the Plymouth Magazine website Sept. 10-30 to cast your vote for the Readers’ Choice winner. The winner of the Readers’ Choice will earn a gift certificate also.
Photo contest entries could be seen in print even if they don't place in a category in the contest itself. Photos submitted to the contest could be used in city publicity, including city publications and the city website. Plymouth Magazine will also publish many of the photographs.
The city of Plymouth is co-sponsoring the contest in conjunction with Plymouth Magazine.
