With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. The two Plymouth Post Offices are not among the more than 3,700 nationwide being studied for possible closure. The U.S. Postal Service released a list Tuesday morning of 3,700 post offices it will be studying to determine customer needs. Minnesota has 88 retail locations under review—but none in the west metro.
