• Up to 3500 Gallons of Crude Corn Oil Suspected of Spilling into Mississippi River in Red Wing (krocnews.com) — Emergency crews in Red Wing are responding after an estimated 3,000–3,500 gallons of crude corn oil spilled from a barge at the ADM riverfront facility into the Mississippi River. Containment booms are in place, Red Wing firefighters and emergency teams are assisting, and officials report no immediate risk to the public or injuries. Cleanup has been turned over to ADM and contractor Clean Harbors. 
• Golf results for Tuesday, April 21, 2026 (postbulletin.com) — Red Wing’s girls golf team turned in a strong performance at the Big Nine Tournament at Austin Country Club, finishing second with a team score of 337. Red Wing standouts Maisie Royalty and Hallie Johnson carded impressive rounds of 78 and 81, respectively, as conference rivals from across southern Minnesota posted their scores.
