Newspaper Blackout is a style of poetry created using a newspaper and a Sharpie marker. Sometimes the hardest park about writing is trying to find those first words. So let’s start with the words already there! We’ll begin the evening with an intro to the process and share examples. Then, we’ll grab some pages and a pen and try it ourselves. We’ll finish up with a reading (optional, of course)! Feel free to bring appetizers and drinks to share. See you there!
