Car Show, Carnival, Music, and Fireworks Provide Fun in Richfield

Fun, fun and more fun in Richfield during the annual 4th of July celebration.

On July 3 there will be a Car Show as part of the Richfield 4th of July Celebration. From 1-5 p.m. visit the parking lot to check out some of the coolest cars around.

Back by popular demand is the Richfield Carnival. Located in the parking lot of (northwest corner of the park) will be a large selection of rides, games, and food for everyone. The carnival will run:

June 30: 1-11 p.m. (special on unlimited ride wristbands that evening)

July 1: 1-11 p.m. (special on unlimited ride wristbands that evening)

July 2: 4--11 p.m.

July 3: 4-11 p.m.

July 4: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

After the parade ends on July 4th be sure head down to Veterans Park for some great music and wonderful food. Once again there will be a great line up of food vendors at the Street Dance. This year’s delicious selection will include cheese curds, Taco Taxi, Cantina Numero Uno, ice cream, pizza, Westrum's Quality Foods (Hot dogs, corn dogs, fruit smoothies, mini donuts), Minnesota Sausage Company (Loaded baked potatoes, bratwurst cooked in beer, sauerkraut, Philly cheese steaks, sausage with grilled veggies) and the very popular Sweet Corn and More.  Be sure to come hungry.

Special music will be featured from 7pm-11:00pm- listen before and during the fireworks! The fireworks, sponsored by Best Buy, will begin at 10:00pm but be sure to reserve your seat early as the park fills up!
