Here are a few stats for Richfield residential real estate transactions 2012 vs. 2011:

What do these numbers tell us? Not a whole lot.  Three out of the seven sales last week were one-bedroom, one-bath condos that sell for much less than traditional Richfield homes. We did see a very minimal rise in volume, however. Two out of the seven sales last week were foreclosures that had been on the market for quite some time, so that is a positive sign.
