County Releases Name of Veteran at Disturbed Grave
Maintenance workers discovered the grave Thursday morning.

Yesterday, . A significant amount of ground and soil had been removed.
The name on the grave marker where this crime took place is Edward John Redhead. He was a veteran of the World War II-era.The Veteran’s Administration has stated he was buried in the cemetery in 1971.

His family has been contacted. They are requesting privacy and they do not want to be contacted by media.
The Hennepin County’s Sheriff’s Office and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs continue to investigate this crime.
