Designed as a hands-on course, instructor Ed Aubitz's aim during two class sessions will be to give participants the basic skills needed to navigate around the internet. Users will learn about Hyptext links, URLs or addresses (http://www.) and "Portals" (such as Yahoo.com), all of which are necessary for successfully using the web. Those with a laptop are advised to bring it to class; tutors will be on hand to assist with questions.
