Former City Employee Charged With Possessing Child Porn
Scott Andrew Bradley was the communications coordinator for the City of Richfield until June 2010.

Nearly two years after authorities first began their investigation of Scott Andrew Bradley for possessing child porn, the former City of Richfield communications coordinator has been charged with 16 counts of possession of child pornography on his computer.
According to a 2010 Star Tribune article, Maplewood police searched Bradley's home April 8, 2010 removing a computer, three hard drives, three flash drives, CDs, a camera and a modem. The images found were sent to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children for analysis.
After the search, Bradley reportedly admitted that he lived alone at the Maplewood address and that all the things inside belonged to him, according to a recent Pioneer Press article. The article also said an officer with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force allegedly found 21 "known or suspected" child porn files available for download on his computer, which sparked the investigation. It's a felony to share child pornography.
