Holy Angels Football Rolls to Victory

Ninth-ranked Stars pound Chaska at home in regular-season finale.

The , ranked ninth in Class AAAA, rolled to a 41-7 win over visiting Missota Conference rival Chaska on Wednesday in the regular-season finale at the noy-yet domed StarDome.

Sam Keis ran for three touchdowns and threw to Jordan Dembley for one more in the lopsided victory, with Mikias Alipate and Will Pagel also rushing for a score apiece.

The win gave Holy Angels a final regular season record of 7-1 overall; the Stars placed second in the Missota with a 6-1 conference record.

Up next for coach Ray Betton's squad is the Section 3AAAA Tournament, scheduled to begin on Tuesday, Oct. 25. Seedings and opening-round opponents have not yet been announced.
