Holy Angels Names Former Student as Finance Director

The Academy of Holy Angels has named Anthony Rajika (Raj) Mallawaaratchy as Director of Finance. He began his duties on Monday, November 19.

Raj is a 1990 Holy Angels graduate. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering at Iowa State University and an MBA at the University of St. Thomas.

Prior to joining Academy of Holy Angels, Raj was a Senior Business Controller for Nokia Inc. in White Plains, New York. He began his career in 1995 with Xerox Corporation, where he held a series of finance positions with increasing responsibilities in the Twin Cities, Chicago, and Stamford, Connecticut, covering United States and developing countries.

“We’re eager to have Raj join our AHA team as finance director,” said AHA President Tom Shipley. “He brings a wealth of business experience. In addition, he knows and understands our community and has a real commitment to the school and its students. Please join us in welcoming Raj to the staff.”
