More than 20 (MSB) Richfield staff, faculty and friends participated in the "<a href="http://support.madd.org/site/PageServer?pagename=wp1_homepage" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Walk Like MADD</a>" (Mother's Against Drunk Driving) 5K national fundraising walk June 11. The team walked in memory of George Kaffey, a student who was killed by a drunk driver, as team "Justice for George," according to Kate Ryan, MSB communications specialist. The team raised more than $1,000 and was recognized as the "Top Academic" team for its fundraising efforts and excepted the award from Sen. Amy Klobuchar.
