Richfield Council's Approval Necessary for Kmart Redevelopment
The sale of two city-owned parcels will further Wellington Management's plans for the vacant site.

Wellington plans to begin construction within four months of it closing on the property, which should happen this month. Asked if anything might stonewall the decision to approve the sales, Devich said, "Not really, but I can always be wrong and surprised."
