The Richfield/Edina Rampage finished off their regular season in style with a dominating 56-10 win over Rockford on Thursday night. Picking up wins for the Rampage were Patrick Voigt at 106 (Richfield, gr. 7), Justin Swetala at 113 (Richfield, gr. 11), Obsa Ali at 120 (Richfield, gr. 11), Christian Wellens at 132 (Richfield, gr. 10), Bruno Reyes at 152 (Richfield, gr. 12), Sam Benkowski at 160 (Edina, gr. 10), Shane Walfoort at 170 (Edina, gr. 12), Noah Sawatzky at 182 (Edina, gr. 10), Chandler Arredondo at 195 (Richfield, gr. 12), Alex Beyerl at 220 (Edina, gr. 11), and Michael Carlson at heavyweight (Edina, gr. 10). Picking up JV wins were Spencer Jarvey (Edina, gr. 9) and Alex Abramson (Richfield, gr. 10).
It was also Senior Night as Arredondo, Walfoort, and Reyes were honored before the varsity dual. These seniors have been great leaders in and out of the room and have really set the tone for the younger wrestlers. It was nice to see them finish their careers at home with a victory.

The Rampage now begin post season wrestling. Team sections will take place the week of Feb. 11th and Individual sections will take place Feb. 22nd and 23rd.
