Clark cited the rising of new concerns as a major reason for requesting the extension. He also said he and his team have come up with some new ideas to address some of those concerns.

The Richfield City Council will decide *whether to approve public hearings regarding Clark's request and making changes it the city's redevelopment plan Tuesday night.
