Ron Clark Pulls Land Use Applications
The developer reportedly plans to resubmit revised applications.

After last Tuesday, developer Ron Clark Construction & Design has withdrawn its rezoning and replatting applications for the second time.
According to an e-mail from , the developer pulled the application Friday. The , which to include the request to purchase additional city-owned land for the development.
"I don’t know exactly what this means for tonight; I’m presuming there will not be a vote," Stark wrote. "I am also nearly certain that the item will be stricken from the Planning Commission agenda for April 23."

Stark also attached the e-mail from Ron Clark, owner of Ron Clark Construction & Design, in which he asked to withdraw the applications.
"Please with draw our land use application for rezoning and replating the subject property as of today," Clark wrote. "We plan to revise the application and resubmit it based on further comments we have received from policy makers."

With Clark's withdrawal of the applications, the review process stops. Once new applications are submitted, the process will start over.
