After spending more than 30 years in the <a href="http://www.galleriaedina.com/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Galleria of Edina</a>, is now moving a few blocks down—and over—to Richfield's Southdale Square shopping center. The new space will be next to in the former EQ Life spot. The space was also the home of a JoAnn Fabrics at one point. <a href="http://www.schmittmusic.com/stores/edina.php" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">According to the store's website</a>, the move was necessary to accomodate the growing business. While the business is moving to Richfield, the business will retain the name "Schmitt Music Edina," according to Matthew Miller of Schmitt Music. The new store will open sometime in February.
