Shakopee Teens Accidentally Drowned In Pond: Medical Examiner
The search for the missing teens, who were cousins, ended at a Chaska pond Sunday.

CHASKA, MN — Authorities have identified two teens found dead in a Chaska pond Sunday. The Anoka County Medical Examiner's Office ruled that Bushra Abdi and Zeynab Abdalla, both 19 and from Shakopee, accidentally drowned.
The women, who were cousins, had been missing since early Saturday morning.
The Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations — which called for the public's help in the search Saturday — said they had left their respective workplaces during a break and later called 911 for help.
