Spanish Language First Time Homebuyer "Homestretch" workshop

Neighborhood Development Alliance (NeDA) is a nonprofit organization based out of the West Side of St. Paul that focuses on housing counseling. NeDA will be hosting a Spanish language workshop for anyone interested in buying a home. The workshop is nine hours long and is divided into two days [Friday 4:00p- 8:00p and Saturday 9:00a-2:00p ] . The workshop will be in the Richfield City Hall on the 24th and 25th of January.

Upon completion of the workshop, participants will receive a manual titled "The Path to Homeownership" and a certificate of completion that is often required to be eligible for first time homebuyer assistance programs.

If you know anyone who is interested in buying a home, please spread the word. In this workshop participants will learn what it really means to own a home, the appropriate steps to take to get there, and will have the opportunity to ask questions to industry professionals such as a real estate agent, a lender, an insurance agent and a certified home inspector.
