The Richfield City Council decided to take more time for its decision on whether to maintain a municipal 911 dispatch service or turn it over to Hennepin County, <a href="http://www.startribune.com/local/west/211758871.html" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">according to the Star Tribune</a>:  											 The council had faced a deadline for bidding on expensive dispatch software last week that effectively would have forced a decision on whether to keep or drop the city's independent 911 center.
