Open for a little over a year, the in Apple Valley is just a short drive from Richfield and is making itself known as the place to go for a hearty breakfast. With a wide range of giant, fluffy omelets, an assortment of egg specialities and pancakes, it is easy to see why there is often a line out the door on weekend mornings.
