VIDEO: Order Up! Japanese Pizza in the Valley

Looking for a little something different? Satay 2 Go offers a culinary exclusive.

Satay 2 Go, a small family restaurant in Apple Valley, is the only place in Minnesota where you can eat authentic Okonomiyaki, otherwise known as "Japanese Pizza."

This dish is a delicious variation on the more common Italian pie. Combined with egg, udon noodles and seaweed, the pizza is served with a choice of various meat fillings such as shrimp or beef. The key to the food is a generous serving of Okonomiyaki sauce topped with Japanese mayonnaise.

Corinne Tan, owner and chef at Satay 2 Go, explained that there are two versions of Okonomiyaki, one from Hiroshima and one from Osaka.
