UPDATED: Winter Storm Guide: Richfield School, Activity Information for March 5

City

*The City of Richfield issued a snow emergency. All vehicles should be removed from the city roads. Police will issue tickets and tow if necessary.

However, resident should also know the snow parking ban ordinance is in effect all winter until April 15. The ordinance requires that vehicles be removed from the streets after 2 inches of snow or more have fallen.

As for neighboring towns, Bloomington and Minneapolis have declared snow emergencies.
