Mayo Clinic Unveils Name for New Downtown Rochester Entrance (krocnews.com) — Rochester patients and visitors will soon use Mayo Clinic's new Penske Arrival Building as the main gateway to the downtown campus, with valet and drop-off service starting October 8. The 15,000-square-foot entrance, funded by the Penske Foundation, is designed to simplify transportation, parking, and wayfinding so families can focus more on care and less on logistics.
3. Residents raise concerns over planned development in Hadley Valley (kttc.com) — A large new Hadley Valley subdivision just north of Rochester is moving toward final city approval, raising big questions about traffic, emergency access, and annexation from Haverhill Township into the city. Neighbors worry a single 55‑mph road and delayed second access to 48th Street NE could slow emergency response and strain rural-style infrastructure, while Rochester officials say traffic and connectivity standards are being met despite exceptions.
4.
