• CMX Chateau Theater Might be Re-Opening in Rochester... Sort Of (krocnews.com) — Rochester movie fans may soon see the former CMX Chateau Theater come back to life, as a job posting suggests Paragon Theaters is eyeing the vacant site by Purple Goat. The company is advertising for an operations manager at the theater's East Circle Drive address, hinting at luxury recliner seating and in-theater food service if the deal goes through.
   

• Olmsted County, boosted by Rochester, tops statewide voter turnout (postbulletin.com) — Olmsted County just led Minnesota in primary turnout, with Rochester voters pushing participation above the state's record-setting average. About 31% of city voters cast ballots, many using early and absentee options, and the mayoral field is now narrowed to Joe Powers and Jess Garcia for November's general election.
   

• Film project bringing celebrity sightings in Rochester (postbulletin.com) — Rochester shoppers may have spotted actor David Arquette at Apache Mall as he and a film crew work in Southeast Minnesota on an indie drama called "Wreckless." The project, directed by Kayla Arend, features several well-known actors alongside Rochester performer Mohamed Khalid Mohamed and other locals, bringing a bit of Hollywood buzz to town.
