Danny Nadeau of Rogers, will soon let nursing homes and assisted living facilities serve alcohol to residents at events starting Aug. 1. Inspired by Champlin resident Anita LeBrunās viral testimony, the change is framed as a quality-of-life and safety improvement for seniors who enjoy social happy hours without having to buy and bring their own drinks.
