Woman Dies in 2-Vehicle Roseau County Crash (mncrime.com) — Emergency crews from Roseau County, including Roseau Police, Fire, and EMS, responded Friday to a two-vehicle crash near Spruce Township that killed an 82-year-old Baudette woman. A 43-year-old Roseau woman driving a pickup was hurt but survived, and investigators say alcohol is not suspected. Authorities are still reviewing seat belt use and other factors surrounding the collision.

Minnesota DNR officers assist in missing person search, monitor angling and ATV activity (grandforksherald.com) — A state conservation officer based in Roseau helped locate a missing person on Memorial Day and has been monitoring local angling activity on Lake of the Woods.
